As a valued member of our community, you can earn coins to climb the summits of our loyalty program and unlock benefits designed for enhancing your pet’s health!
The new program accumulates coins instead of points and 10 points = 1 coin. To match this, we’ve converted your points to coins – and given you the bonus of rounding them up to the nearest 10. For example, if you had 2157 points in the old program, you now have 220 coins in the new program.
Here’s what you need to know:

Seamless Transition: Your existing points will automatically convert to the new value of coins within the new system.
